皮肤不好,我以前第一反应就是换产品。换精华,换面霜,换面膜。一套又一套,反反复复。

周末我会炖这锅汤,比眼霜更管用
每隔几周,我都会花一个下午炖一锅牛尾汤。
牛尾 + 姜 + 八角 + 肉桂 + 葱。慢慢熬,让结缔组织里的胶原蛋白都释放出来。

整理了一下自己坚持超过一年的习惯,发现它们全都落在四个方向上:
怎么吃、怎么动、怎么处理情绪、怎么睡。
其他的东西——包括大部分护肤品——都是在这四件事做好之后才有意义的加分项。
如果皮肤状态一直不稳定,我会先问自己这四件事有没有做到位,再考虑换产品。大部分时候,答案都在这里面。
